This S’mores Chocolate Bark is the perfect dessert to celebrate summer! I love camping, when I enjoy this treat at a BBQ or picnic it conjures up all the loveliness of being in the wilderness by a warm campfire.
The best part of this recipe is the taste combination of white and dark chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows. It is perfection!
The second best part of making S’mores Chocolate Bark is that it doesn’t require heating up an oven. This is a huge bonus as summer heats up!
The third best part? How absolutely beautiful they come out. I was tempted into making chocolate bark for the first time by Sue at The View from Great Island. She has a beautiful assortment of barks, and the one with nuts and dried fruits is my favorite.
S’mores Chocolate Bark is easy to make, beautiful, and a decedent treat, and it makes a lovely homemade present. I’ve made chocolate bark as gifts for my friends and family. They are always a big hit!
With summertime coming to an end, I am already looking back over our trips this years. We were able to camp with family in Arizona, and we enjoyed a group of friends staying alone the Los Pinos river along the Colorado and New Mexico boarder. Playing in the river with my kids, reading in a shady hammock, and going on a hike always decompresses me and refocuses me on what matters most.
